Delivery

All of our services are delivered digitally by email. After you check out, we email you a short brief form. Standard delivery is within 48 hours of receiving your completed brief, or within 24 hours if you added Rush Delivery.

Revisions

Every order includes one round of revisions. Reply to your delivery email with your changes within 14 days.

Refunds

If we haven't started your order, you can cancel for a full refund. Once work has been delivered, refunds aren't available, but we'll keep working with you through your included revision to get it right.

Your accounts

We never ask for your passwords. We deliver copy and designs for you to add to your own profile, with step-by-step setup notes.
